I just followed the manual to create some agents, an one inbound campaing.

I can login with the agent via omnileads web interface and I get the agent web phone.

My problem is that web a call arrives from my asterisk, it is routing the queue, but no agents ring, the only I can hear is the queue moh.

If I do an "queue show" in the asterisk console, I get,

Why my webrtc clients when they log in the queue, they gets an "Unavailable state"?
In this state, passed some minutes,

If I run another "queue show" I get,

No Callers

The agent now is not on the queue, but the webrtc interfaces show

Why my agents get logged out the queue?

If I make a login the an agent in omnileads using the webrtc interface, and once done I go to the asterisk console to saw the extension status, I get the following,

All of then are "Unavailable", but I have one already connected waiting for calls.

Why my agents are Unavailable once the log into omnileds?
