Total hangup

Hello everyone,

I'm having the following issue, when 2 or more users are in call and one of them hangup, every call online is hanging up. I tried installing different versions 1.13, 1.19. and 1.24 but with every version I had the issue. I'm installing the oml in a linode

Can you reproduce the scenario on release-1.24.0? And then, share Asterisk and Django logs via linkode.

Hi @atm.

I need you to reproduce the scenario: Make a call with agent A, make a different call with agent B, hangup call on agent A, and check if call on agent B hangs up. I understand this is the scenario you're reporting. If you reproduce it, share logs after you reproduce the scenario.

The Asterisk log you shared, has nothing of this info in it. It has only a module reload or an Asterisk start information.

Also, please try it on a fresh installation of release-1.24.0.

We can't reproduce your incident.

Can you share logs? Look for errors related to that pop-up on /opt/omnileads/django.log and share via Linkode.
Are you having this issue on release-1.24.0?
Do you have agents created? Can you share agent configuration and agent group configuration?
Do you have the same issue if you access with "admin" user?

I'm in the 1.24.1 on a fresh install of today, and after a few hours I've got this

I tryed reinstalling with a fresh install in a new instance on linode but everytime I got the same issue

Can you share the first_boot_installer you used for installing it?

Also, please share information about the OS you used.
