Unable to dial out

Hi,
I am tring to dial out throw Manual Campaign.
I have created Outbound and Trunk and The registration is OK.
When I am tring to dial via agent pannel this is the asterisk CLI log:

It seems it is tring to dial "1004" my agent at first but it is not successful.
as you see image the following image the Agent is connected and ready.

For some reason the agent's SIP endpoint is not available in asterisk.

**Agent 1004 is shown Unavailable but as you see as I loging the agent is available and the OML said "Agent Logged In"

It seems a Bug from OML,

As I login with agent pannel and I hear "Agent Logged in", this is a Asterisk LOG:

Hamed, Hamed, you can share the output of the command:

cat /etc/hosts
?
I guess the problem is that the hostname resolves to 127.0.0.1 instead of the LAN IP

You are OK, I found the problem.
It was because of my Hostname set,
at first it was like:

127.0.0.1   localhost localhost.localdomain localhost4 localhost4.localdomain4 **oml.voipiran.io**

now it is like:
