I ran into your same error and I figured out that it was because I was editing the line in the [prodenv-aio] section inside the inventory file. That is wrong, you must to edit the line in the [prodenv--container] section
It will be good to make a check and stop the installation if you are trying to deploy a docker prodenv but you uncomment in [prodenv-aio] section.
