hello guys
i face a problem with Omnileads.
my call center team recive incomming call by Omnileads. we have a small amount of call per day. ( 20-30/Per day )
everything working fine but there is a problem. when an agent got login, after some minutes automatically get offline. it is like web browser ( chrome of firefox ) freez the "agent panel".
and the caller waiting in a queue for a long time.
do you have any advise to solve this problem ?
