I have just install OML 1.5.5
I have Made Agents Group and some agents for that.
After fist Agent Login Attempt I have got this error: "SIP Proxy not responding, contact your Administrator"
I am accessing from local network and I have a microphone and web access to that.
I want to know what other problems should cause this problem?
also that is the best way to troubleshoot or find the problem reason in such these situation.
Is there any log file or live console logs to find the reason of such these problems?
