A correction was made to the CRM parameters: We have fixed an issue that affected users when using special characters in the CRM parameters. Now you will be able to enjoy a smoother and hassle-free experience when interacting with the system.
Proper registration of missed calls: Now, missed calls are properly recorded in the Webphone activity. This ensures that no call goes unnoticed and allows you to effectively follow up on all interactions with your customers.
We now have a new group filter in the agent list view: We have added a new group filter that will allow you to organize and view your agents more efficiently. This will facilitate team management and provide greater flexibility in assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
Improvements in the call scoring report: We have made a correction in the call scoring report when displaying the Global/Personal Callback options. Now you will have a clearer and more accurate view of the actions taken after each call, which will help you optimize your follow-up strategies.
Modifications in the recording module: We have made modifications to the recording module to show call disposition edits for a specific contact number. This provides you with greater context and allows you to have a complete record of interactions with each customer.
