We continue to optimize the product, adding improvements and new features suggested by the user community.
OMniLeads keeps moving forward! The new version 1.27 is already available for download in the official project´s repository . This update brings a number of improvements and new features that were suggested by the user community.
Among the outstanding improvements, we can mention:
Fixing and Optimization: errors reported from the Forum were fixed, which were related to the loading of contact databases when parsing the columns with erroneous headers. Added optimizations to the Preview engine, so you can more quickly assign/release assigned contacts. The response time on search queries for recordings of more than 500k records was also improved.
Metadata Extraction: We know how important it is for a Contact Center operation to have deep information on time using automation concepts. To do this, the possibility of preparing Jobs (scheduled tasks) was added, which today allows extracting Metadata oriented to qualifications and 24-hour base results, and doing it on a scheduled basis. The main objective is to provide raw data to Reporting managers for further treatment, and make it available on the server for automatic download.
Campaign Management Improvements : the recycling management of Predictive/Progressive Dialing Campaigns was optimized, so that databases of hundreds of thousands of records are supported.
Scalability improvements: relational aspects and real-time components are modified for accounts with high traffic.
