We are having the above-described issue:
When one wants to search for a recording from the "Recordings" section and sets the date to a couple of years (e.g. from 2018 till today) and hits the "Search" button then the system starts gathering the information and after a minute it becomes disconnected from the system with HTTP/500 error.
From the operating system, we can see that almost all Memory is used (usually it is used by 50%) and Redis service is in failed status. If we try to restart the Redis service, then it fails to start. If we stop the Redis service for a minute and then start it again, it starts normally and OmniLeads starts to operate normally.
Can anyone help solve this issue?
