To our Community of Users! We start 2023 with a new Release 1.26 for OMniLeads, the friendliest and most intuitive Open Source Contact Center Suite on the market.
This release directs its value to performance optimizations, both of the database relational engine and of the voice engine to improve scenarios of high traffic observed in Carriers Cloud. We have also made a new Addon available to the Market Place: the Real-Time Wallboard. This "Wall" of KPIs based on configurable widgets is intended for Advanced Supervisors and Contact Center Managers who need to have a global and unified vision of the indicators that best describe the current situation of the Contact Center Operation in order to support the decision making related to Productivity.
