If I understand what you're trying to do, that's not necessary.
You should:
- Create an agent group (Users and groups > Agent groups).
- Create an agent (Users and groups > Users list > New user). You should assign user role "Agent" to this user.
At this point, you can login on OML with that created user, and you'll see the webphone on the agent console.
