In this release the new Product Sprint continues delivering improvements in the User Experience, migrating various views to a lighter and more flexible technology based on the VueJS framework.
The Supervisor and Administrator Dashboards incorporates new graphic components. The Number of Agents and the Total Management per hour are added to the dashboard, with the aim of comparing their counters with the previous day of Operation and thus giving a better view of performance.
In the Users section, now is possible to notify via E-mail of various administrative actions, including the creation of users and the updating of profile passwords. At this point, the inclusion of support for Sending E-Mails prepares the ground to soon include some Automation features, such as the scheduled sending of personalized management reports.
Security review is daily matter. CRM Integration APIs and management systems improve interaction capabilities by adding a new authentication layer based on session credentials and tokens.
