Supervisor can login and everything is OK
but whenever agent login they get error 500
That issue was already solved on newest versions.
You should proceed with an upgrade, in the following order:

I tried many times to upgrade but it failed to finish successfully.
But for now, I changed TZ to another country in omnileads var (/etc/profile.d/omnileads_envar.sh) then restart oml service (service omnileads restart) and the problem solved
I don't know what is the relation between timezone and this problem or what is difference between timezones
