Testing installs on Digital Ocean and Vultr VPSs everything is ok with install and initial config, but agents can´t dial out to a number out of campaign.
Is there any point to review on server?

No. When I login to agent I receive "Agent logged in..." but testing a call Out of Campaign I click dial and nothing happens.
You can check in the inspector of browser, check sngrep and check asterisk AMI to see if the button is sending the AMI action to asterisk
