Among the most distinctive features, we improve the user experience in the creation and management of Pauses under the concept of "Groups". From now on, it is possible to configure time limits for each personalized pause and assign Pause Groups to Agent Groups.
For both Administrators and Supervision Profiles, new designs are added to Agent Supervision, allowing filtering and ordering of rows from the pre-selection of multiple columns at the same time, expanding the criteria when viewing supervised agents. New filters are also added to the Dialer Supervision view, a type of campaign that, as of this version, also allows Dialing configuration by Priority.
OMniLeads 1.23 also has the possibility of modifying the Agent's Penalties (“penalty or weight”) at the time of the Campaign Edition, something that was not possible in previous versions in an agile and comfortable way for the Administrator. On the other hand, the Recordings Module is improved in its Recordings Download functionality, giving the possibility of attaching the customer information for each downloaded recording file (“customer metadata”).
In the Campaign Reports and their corresponding Excel/CSV exports, the type of agenda selected by the agent when dispositioning the prospect is now added, giving more information when obtaining results. On the campaign configuration side, we also give the Admin or Supervisor the possibility to add control to the addition of new leads thanks to a Duplication Control module (a very useful scenario when dealing with “referrals”).
Finally, we add a good seasoning to the IT world. Did you know that as of this new version, OMniLeads can be deployed On-Premise in High Redundancy and High Availability mode (HA - “High Availability”)? Of course! Now it is possible to deploy the platform with all its components under a "Full HA" scheme, something extremely blocking in Critical 24/7 Services. This same concept makes it possible to provide the infrastructure with a "Read-Only Replica" configuration, allowing efficient separation of writing and reading transactions.
