Trying to Update from 1.16.1 to 1.18.1 but received the error as attached.

Hi @Shant.

Checking your attached file, it seems you have an issue with Asterisk on update process, so Virtualenv RPM installation fails because Asterisk is not running on that moment.

You should check why Asterisk is not running (if your instance is down right now), or try again the update process from 1.16.1 to 1.17.1, and share the complete results. Please, attach the complete file "/var/tmp/log/oml_install".
