Hi , When the connection is closed from the server for any reason, the user interface does not notice. The user's clock is displayed and even the user can pause. When the user wants to open a new menu or calls a new number (if available) it just notices the disconnection and has to log in again.
For example, the agent logs in. The server is reset by the admin. The server after rebooting continues to work normally, but the user does not notice this interruption until Agent wants to do a new job.
