Softphone or IP device?

Hello.

I know that OML is focused on agents work and this is great with WebRTC and Web access, but I was wondering if it´s possible to register an external softphone or IP telephone / ATA in order just to receice the calls.

Can I register a device on an agent´s extension? How to do it?

It could be possible but you have to add the extensions manually in asterisk, for that we created the astrisk conf files structure similar to FreePBX. For agents there is the chan_sip custom file oml_sip_endpoints_custom.conf. Also, you must to include this file in oml_sip_endpoints.conf
