This addon represents a Webphone based on WebRTC technology, designed for company websites and as a full Web-based PBX Internal Extension. It is fully-compliant with Chrome and Firefox browsers and has the ability to accept many concurrent calls against your internal PBX Solutions. Omnileads Webphone does not require any desktop installation and allows fast integration, customization and provisioning.
The Webphone addon allows you to easily add a Widget HTML call me box to your website. Visitors simply click a call button and a WebRTC call session is triggered to a specific and configurable OMniLeads destination. The Webphone addon allows you to set many call buttons (Sales, Support, Guard), each one with a specific OMniLeads inbound destinations like IVR, inbound campaigns, time conditions, among others.
You can also set your website in order to send some customer visitors session variables (like customer identification) on the call with the purpose of retrieving customers data to the agent screen when the call is attended.
